Fred has 33years in the highway/construction industry, and was previously with Asphalt Roads and Materials for 27 years (18 as Vice President). While with Asphalt Roads, he served on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Asphalt Association, and also served as the president of the Association in 2001. He has managed Norfolk’s FSC contract (NOB, NNSY, Dam Neck, Oceana, St Juliens, Ft. Story, Camp Elmore, Northwest Radio, and other facilities within 50 miles), and many ROICC projects over the years.
Sharon has 20 years in human resources, payroll, general bookkeeping, and performs all the project paperwork for government work.
Bret Becker is our Vice President with 25 years experience in highway and general site related construction. He has performed Navy FSC, private industry and municipal contract work as a field superintendent for over 15 years. Bret has been actively involved in the estimating, scheduling and negotiating of our projects over the past 5 years. He is 30 hour OSHA, First Aid/CPR, and QC certified
